I purchased this product on 16th November 2024, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Within just three weeks of use, the bottle started leaking water, which was extremely frustrating, especially for a product designed to securely hold liquids. I reached out to Hamilton India by registering a complaint and sending an email, but the response was much slower than expected. After a delay, they finally replied on 19th December 2024, promising to replace the faulty product within 7 to 10 days. However, it’s been quite some time since then, and I still haven’t received any dispatch details or updates despite following up with another email. Overall, I am not satisfied with either the product or the customer service, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this product to others.

The Bottle appears to be 100% Copper, with a metallic copper taste after being left to sit for 8hrs. Lid Material is Copper plus other material, seals really well no sweaking noise of copper on copper.

100% leakproof, it is hard to clean outside of bottle compare to inside…outer coating will gone after one Month of usage..depending on usage outer layer exposed to dark spots (corrosion).
The material is used ,is not strong ,it may get dents on heavy usage, normal OK.

This product must not be sold by Amazon. Very poor quality product! After rinsing and drying, black patches and spots appeared inside the bottle. The water smells and tastes very bad unlike other copper bottles. It is a health hazard.

After three weeks usage I can say this bottle is worth the value .
Pros :
1. Coating on outside prevents black spots from outside and keeps the looks of bottle clean , from inside its pure copper so after a week it will become black due to oxidation, you need to squeeze a lemon , 2 tsp salt , shake well and leave for 20 mins and then rinse and clean , it will become spotless .I tried vinegar also , lemon is better
2. Milton branding is nicely done
3. Cap is really good . It doesn’t leak
4. Overall looks good , you can carry it to office
Cons :
Nothing as such , if you will fill the bottle to the brim, when you put the cap it spills some water out , so keep some gap from brim of bottle

The copper is only an external super thin layer, started rusting in less than a week of using.

Sooo bad it rusts immediately & there is such a HEAVY copper taste – definitely NOT healthy. Waste of money
