The Oral-B iO3 has completely transformed my brushing routine. I used to think manual brushing was enough, but this toothbrush has shown me
what a deep clean really feels like.
My teeth are cleaner and smoother. The pressure sensor has helped me stop brushing too hard, which was a problem for me.
The sensitive mode is gentle but still effective, and the whitening mode has made a difference in my smile. The brush is easy to use, lightweight, and lasts for days on one charge. I actually enjoy brushing my teeth now!

This brush is very good. I was using Oral B pro vitality series and this is a huge upgrade over it.
First of all the sound of pro and vitality is harsh, this one is smooth and somewhat pleasant.
There are three modes, but you dont get any indication that it is on which mode. Bummer!
Should have atleast given a light indicator as there are multi color lights in both the buttons.
Also, there might be small difference between normal and whitening mode as it feels the same to me. Sensitive mode is good when you want late relaxing softer brushing experience.
Brush claims to have 2 min timer, but it doesnt stop for me. It vibrates every 30 seconds (once, twice, thrice and more) but it doesnt stop.
When stopped manually after 2 minutes it gives the colorful lights to indicate 2 minute had passed.
The heads are little costly than the normal oral b heads, but its worth it and supposedly so as it uses magnets.
But on Amazon these heads are only available in black.
There are also some variations in headtype as well sensitive, ultra clean etc- but amazon india does nit list it.
Heads are Easy to pull off and rise as well.
Pressure sensor is also good, in the dark it acts as a dim light to see where you are brushing, its bright.
On registering we get additional 1 year warranty, so total 3 years warranty we can claim.
Charging time is too long at 16 hours, but it lasts for about a week between charges.
And it supports older charging pucks as well, I am using vitality charger on this brush.
IO is game changer and once you use this you will not go back to pro or vitality series.
Also explored io5,8 etc. They are all same but with additional features like BT, display, some more speed modes, qi charging. I think we are well served with io3 as the brushing experience and IO features are same at low price.

One of the best electric toothbrushes out there and certainly better than the other oral b ones. Does a good job cleaning and you can feel the difference after every brush. The three modes are a bit tricky to distinguish as there’s no display on this model. Also the packaging wasn’t great with no plastic cover or seal. It seemed new though and worked perfectly.

The Oral-B iO3 has been a total upgrade to my brushing routine! My teeth feel cleaner and smoother, and even those hard-to-reach areas are spotless thanks to the round brush head. The gum pressure sensor is a lifesaver—I had no idea I was brushing too hard before.What I love most are the three modes. The daily cleaning mode is perfect for everyday use, and the sensitive mode is gentle on my gums. I’ve even tried the whitening mode a few times, and my teeth look noticeably brighter. In just a week, my gums feel stronger, and I’ve noticed way less plaque buildup.

Last year I bought an Oral B Pro 4 as it had a lion battery and was towards the top of the range. A great brush, slightly better than any other Oral B I have had in the last 10 years, and a good price on Amazon in the Jan sale.
I read great things about the IO range recently, and that they were all the same (ie Io3-Io9) other than connectivity, displays, faster charging etc, so I went for the basic Io 3 from Amazon Warehouse at a good price.
It is like the difference between B+W and a colour tv; a push bike and an electric bike; a propellor plane and a jet; compared to the pro 4. Instead of a buzz it whines it goes so fast, the brush must rotate 30 x faster, it is near silent, but so powerful, it is an increadible clean. There is literally no comparison between the Io range and the Pro range. HIGHLY recommended, you will not need another brush, ever.
The heads are a bit more than the Pro 4 heads, but I got two from Oral B (when registering the brush, which gets it a 3 year warranty) for fifteen lbs on an offer they had so that’s virtually a year’s worth. And you don’t buy a Ferrari and put cheap tyres on it off a Fiesta!
Buy the base brush the Io 3, it’s the same as the Io 9 basically without the fast charging and colour display and 6 modes you will never use.

It’s a good tooth brush. It didn’t come with a case as advertised and the plug is eu so doesn’t fit UK plug without a converter which is a bit of an annoyance for the price tag this is should not be the situation or at least it should be advertised properly.

This is the first electric toothbrush we’ve had in years. Bought it after our dentist gave us a free iO head and a discount voucher. It was cheaper on Amazon anyway so that didn’t matter.
It’s a next level of cleanness to your teeth. It feels like you’ve just been to the dentist/hygeinist every morning now. Charge seems to last about 5 days. Very thorough and easy to use. The replacement heads are a good deal more expensive than some of the earlier Oral B brushes, but on balance I’d say it’s worth the extra for this latest version.
If you’re comparing with the other iO brushes, I really wouldn’t bother with anything more than the iO3 – who needs bluetooth on a toothbrush for goodness sake!

Die Zahnbürste hat viele verschiedene Programme genau passend zu den jeweiligen Wünschen. Durch die farbige LED ist das Zähneputzen eine reine Freude und man sieht direkt, ob zuviel oder zu wenig Druck ausgeübt wird.

There is no way to know which mode is on. There is no indicator light for that. We have to guess which mode is on. So disappointed in this. I had Oral B smart 7 brush which is older version but has mode indicator light. I thought IO3 will be upgrade but it turned out to be downgrade. Also the brush heads are more expensive than Smart 7 brush heads.
The charger is not worldwide voltage compatible.
Pressure sensor is good. The brush head is magnetically attached to the brush.

Within just a few days, my teeth felt so much cleaner, and I noticed a brighter smile. The round brush head does an amazing job reaching every part of my mouth, even those tricky spots at the back. The pressure sensor is super helpful—I used to brush too hard, and now I know exactly how much pressure to use. I also love the different cleaning modes. It’s lightweight, easy to hold, and the battery lasts a long time. Brushing has become something I look forward to, and my teeth have never felt better!
