I recently purchased the Mi Electric Toothbrush from Amazon.in, expecting a high-quality product backed by reliable customer support. However, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the Mi store does not sell replacement brush heads for this toothbrush. This oversight renders the product nearly useless once the initial brush head wears out.
I contacted Xiaomi India Customer Support to inquire about compatibility between the Mi Electric Toothbrush T300 and T100 brush heads, only to be informed that there is no official information available regarding their compatibility. This lack of clarity and support is unacceptable for a product that requires regular maintenance.
Despite being assured that my feedback has been noted, the inability to purchase essential replacement parts makes this toothbrush a poor investment. I strongly advise potential buyers to consider this significant drawback before purchasing the Mi Electric Toothbrush. Until Xiaomi addresses this issue, I cannot recommend this product.

The charging port is the outdated microUSB and the brush head is kinda small. But other than that, it’s been working great for the past few months.

Its a Sonic (vibration based) tooth cleaner. Its a sleek design and build quality is very good. Its vibration is also powerful. Not sure how effective on tooth cleaning. Just getting used to this method of cleaning. But this can also be used as head/body massager

I am coming from a manual toothbrush and I wish I switched sooner. Using an electric toothbrush in general feels 100 times better after brushing and this one in particular for the price is just awesome! Love the waterproofing, love the micro usb charging (USB-C would be better tho) and love the hardness of the bristle.
It has a normal and gentle mode. I’ve been using the normal one most times.
If you push too hard a sensor stops it which is great for the teeth and gum health. The battery life is also very very good and it charges very fast. Well done MI.

I recently purchased the this and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! This toothbrush has completely changed my oral hygiene game.
The bristles are soft, yet effective at removing plaque and leaving my teeth feeling sparkling clean.
Another great feature of this toothbrush is its sleek design. It is slim and fits perfectly in my bathroom. The charging dock is also compact and takes up minimal counter space.
