At Gobapu.com, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Since we work with local sellers and deliver within 30 minutes, our return and refund policy is simple but time-sensitive.
✅ Eligible for Return
You can request a return if:
You received a wrong product
The item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
You received an expired or spoiled product (in case of groceries, food, etc.)
Size or variant does not match the order (for fashion or accessories)
🚫 Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
Products damaged after delivery
Opened or used items (unless defective)
Perishable items like dairy, fruits, vegetables, bakery (unless spoiled)
Personal care or hygiene items (unless sealed and untouched)
📆 Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery.
For fashion, electronics, or non-perishable items, the window extends up to 2 days.
🔁 How to Request a Return
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and verified.
Refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, or COD refund via UPI)
Refund time: 24–48 working hours
🤝 Return Pickup
For eligible items, we arrange a free reverse pickup within your city
Alternatively, you may visit the seller’s store (location will be shared if needed)
